I have over 15 years (yikes!) working in recruitment and have been lucky enough to work for some brilliant market leading recruitment agencies throughout the years.
I’m a real people-person, and couldn’t see myself in any other role.
The thing that I love most about my work is placing great people into organisations with a culture that enables them to thrive.
I relocated from London to Somerset a few years ago, where I live with my two kids (Max and Freddie), and two dogs (Betty and Winnie). Oh, and my husband too. 🙂
When not working, I like to keep active and play more football than is probably good for a person my age, and have the knocks, bumps and bruises to prove it.
I also wear my ADHD diagnosis as a badge of honour, it is my recruiting superpower!
It gives me the hyper-focus I need to ensure I always find the right candidates for the right role, no matter how niche or challenging the brief. 💪🏻
